Too much seating is bad for your health.  I know this but the work seems to have permanent priority over my health and well being and so I seat from 8am to 5pm most days. Risky behavior because the penalty may be delayed is the reason why many people smoke, drink too much or fail to exercise. We know the dangers but we can’t seem to sell healthy living to ourselves, perhaps, we need a Coca-cola, McDonalds or Apple of healthy living to get us moving?
